Construction Engineering Division of Sunglow was established in January, 1995. And, it currently has 320 employees with a technical economic title. And 118 employees obtain medium-level title or above, among which 14 are Level I architects and 6 are Level II architects. With a registered capital of 138.6 million and a net asset of 112 million, the Division obtains all kinds of architectural materials and advanced mechanical equipment.
Over the past 20 years after establishment, it had won a great reputation due to good quality, civil construction, safety, speed and faithfulness to the contract. And it has constructed projects covering a total of 10 million square meters for scores of real-estate companies in several districts (counties) of Shanghai. On the years, the excellence rate of the Sunglow Construction Engineering reveals a steady growing trend, and its projects has for many times rated as “Excellent Quality” Construction project, “Pujiang Cup” excellent quality construction project and “Minfang Cup” excellent project by Shanghai, Hefei, etc. Meanwhile, in the project safety aspect, it was regarded as “Civil construction site”, “Standard construction site”, “Standard hygienic construction site”, provincial level demonstrative construction site of safety and quality standards and safety-system-certified project by Shanghai, Anhui, etc. It has been appraised by Shanghai Administration Department many times. And the enterprise was ranked top-class in the comprehensive evaluation of credit standing, quality, safety, etc.
In recent years, the company has been accepting projects in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Hefei, Wuxi, Nantong, Yancheng, etc, and so far, there have been projects in progress with a total of 0.8 million square meters. Many of those projects have won local awards of excellent quality and safety.
For 16 years in a row, the company has been a major private taxing enterprise of the district. It has been ranked as notable enterprise of the district for many times.
